SK Construction offers an in-house Plans and Permits Service that is convenient and affordable. No need to over pay an outside vendor! We start with your basic Dental Floor plan , utilizing the Professional Tradesmen who will actually be working on your project, as well as local Engineers, to prepare a complete plan set. We add all the necessary drawings, engineering and code requirements to obtain permits in your City of jurisdiction.
